Background

Nurse Guan worked in the Department of Neurosurgery, Xuanwu Hospital, Capital Medical University from August 2008 to now. She received her bachelor's degree from Peking Union Medical College and her master’s degree from Chinese Academy of Sciences University. She was the neurologic quality group member of Xuanwu Hospital. As an associate editor-in-chief, she wrote one nursing book. She presided one hospital-level research tasks, and participated in one bureau-level research task. In recent years, she published several academic papers in Chinese core journals as the first author.
