From 2004 until now, has been working as associated professor, professor and director of spine in the department of neurosurgery, Xuanwu hospital, Capital medical university, Beijing. 

From 2014 until now, has been working also as vice chairman in the department of Neurosurgery, Xuanwu Hospital, Capital Medical University, Beijing.
