Spinal degenerative diseases, craniocervical junction deformities (atlantoaxial dislocation, basilar invagination, etc.), spinal deformities, spinal tumors, tethered cord syndrome, syringomyelia, Chiari Malformation, and other spinal cord diseases.

Background

Dr. Wu Hao is a Spinal Neurosurgeon and Director of Out-patient and Emergency Group of Neurosurgery Department of Xuanwu Hospital. He is also an associate professor of neurosurgery in Capital Medical University Xuanwu Hospital.

Dr. Wu graduated from Bethune Medical University, then received medical training and did his residency in Neurosurgery Department of Xuanwu Hospital. Dr. Wu pursued spinal neurosurgery fellowship at Boston Medical Center and Harborview Medical Center.

Dr. Wu studies ways to use minimally invasive technologies to treat spinal degenerative diseases. He uses different surgical approaches to help patient achieve spinal stable and neural decompressed. In terms of research, he mainly concentrates on the clinical research of minimally invasive spinal fusion techniques.
