Background
Dr. Gao was born in Liaoning Province, China. He studied clinical medicine and completed doctor degree in 2009 at Tongji University, Shanghai. From 2007 to 2009, he furthered his basic research as a visiting fellow at University of California, San Francisco. Since 2009, Dr. Gao moved to Beijing and started his career in Xuanwu Hospital, Capital Medical University, Beijing. In 2017, he completed residency training as neurosurgeon and interventional neuroradiologist, and started practicing as an attending doctor there.
